Lucas is the founder and managing attorney for the firm. He is a native of southeast Texas with an extensive network of legal, community, and business leaders from Houston to the Golden Triangle and all places in-between.
Prior to opening his firm, Lucas worked as a prosecutor for Chambers County, handling all aspects of criminal matters. He served four years in the U.S. Navy, performing two tours in support of Operation Enduring freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He worked for Executive Services for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice reviewing policy and overseeing the External research division. Also, he acted as the Florida Resource Coordinator during the British Petroleum Oil Spill Recovery in 2010-2011.
